Clawson moves to 2-0 in MAC Bronze and 2-2 overall with a 46-0 victory over New Haven. Offensively the Trojans were led by SR QB Tristen Perry. Tristen was 12 of 14 for 220 and 2TD’s. He also varies the ball 4 times for 36 yds and a TD. Tristens primary target was Soph Wr Tendaji Alexander 8 catches for 164 yards and 2 TD’s.
Defensively the Trojans held New Haven without a first down and they never crossed the 50 yard line. Sr LB Nick Odeh had 10 tackles. Sr DL Gabe Carlesimo had 3 sacks and Sr LB chipped in 2 sacks as well.
Sophomore kicker Alex Cordone added a 35 yard FG.
