Clawson fell to Lake Shore in three sets (25-23, 25-23, 27-25) to open league play on its home court.
Anna Smith led the Trojans with 15 assists, 10 digs, four aces, two blocks, and one kill, and Laney DeKorte had 12 digs, four kills and two blocks. Emma Dibble had 16 digs.
Evie Liford had four blocks, four kills and three digs, Meghan Shea had nine digs and four kills, and Gloria Lock had six digs and four kills.
