Clawson lost to L'Anse Creuse in three sets (25-13, 25-10, 25-1) on Thursday in its home opener.
Sarah McLeod led the Trojans with seven digs, and Hannah Chateau and Sophia Snyder each had four digs. Evie Liford had three kills and two digs.
Clawson is now 0-7 overall and 0-3 in the MAC Gold. The Trojans next play on Saturday when they host its Tribune Tournament.
