Varsity Volleyball places 12th at Tribune Tournament

Clawson finished 12th overall at its 45th Annual Tribune Tournament on Saturday.
Evie Liford led the Trojans with eight digs, six kills and three blocks, and Sarah McLeod had 12 digs. Lana Wilder had four kills and three aces, and Dana Moss had three kills.
Jodie Stevens had seven assists and three digs, and Cassidy Perry had six assists.and three digs. Sophia Snyder had six digs and two blocks, and Hannah Chateau had five digs.
Clawson began pool play with a loss to Warren Woods Tower (25-16, 25-10) before falling to Bishop Foley (25-17, 25-16) and Everest Collegiate (25-9, 25-13). The Trojans ended the day with a loss to MAC Gold divisional opponent Lake Shore in the Bronze Bracket semifinal (25-17, 25-9).
Bishop Foley defeated defending champion Port Huron in the Gold Bracket, Royal Oak Shrine won the Silver Bracket, and Hazel Park was the top team in the Bronze Bracket.
Clawson falls to 0-11 overall.
