Girls Varsity advances with win over NDP, 47-33

Clawson Girls Varsity basketball advances to the District Final by downing visiting Pontiac Notre Dame Prep 47-33. The Trojans started strong and jumped out to a 12-2 lead after one quarter of play. Junior Aliyah Vesper led the Trojans with 12 points 6 rebounds and 5 assists, while Renata Carlesimo added 11 points and 9 rebounds. Charlie Verner and Abbey Lodato (5 steal, 5 assists) added 9 points each..

The Trojans will face Cranbrook in the District Final at Clawson HS on Friday night at 7pm.
