Clawson's stifling defense led to 24 steals and a win for the Trojans over visiting L'Anse Creuse, 50-35. Clawson was led by seniors Abbey Lodato (17 points, 8 steals and 5 rebounds), Renata Carlesimo (11 points, 4 steals), Aliyah Vesper (9 points, 5 steals and 4 rebounds) and Charlie Verner (8 points, 5 rebounds and 5 steals).
The Trojans finish the regular season 18-2 and will travel to the Cranbrook district next week and play the winner of Lamphere-Macomb Lutheran North in the District Semifinal.
