Boys Varsity Basketball wins on the road at Eastpointe

Clawson Boys traveled to Eastpointe tonight. JV started off the evening with a thriller that ended in a 1 point win. Cole Wyckoff hits a 3 point shot with 3 seconds left to seal the victory. Varsity followed with a great defensive performance winning 38-31. The whole team pitched in on the boards and the team made some big plays down the stretch. Gabe Rey leads the way with 11 points and 12 rebounds. Zaid Yonan (8 points, 6 rebounds), Ca'Mari Edwards (7 points), Gabe Stevens (5 rebounds, 5 assists), Kyle Gougeon (5 rebounds, 3 steals) and Hayden Stevens (5 rebounds) all played major roles in this outstanding effort. Clawson moves to 2-0 on the season and travels to Our Lady of the Lakes on Tuesday.
