Clawson Girls Track Team took 4th at Regionals with 68 points and qualified 6 individuals for States in 5 events.  Starting the wins for the night were Calleigh McMillan, Alyssa Cohen, Lucy Thomson and Charley Werenka with a 2nd in the 4x800 earning a place at States. Evie Liford added another two 1st place wins in the shot put in discus earning a repeat trip to States and Lovelyn Ketepa followed that up with a 1st place in the 400, and a 2nd place in the long jump earning repeats spots at States.  In addition, Lovelyn earned a 6th in the 200 and an 8th in the 100. Grace Fisher earned a 9th place finish in the 100. Lucy Thomson earned a 5th place in the 3200 and Charly Werenka earned a 7th place in the 1600 and teammate Calleigh McMillan earned an 8th. In field events, Morgan Kleiner added a 4th place in shot put.  The team of Grace Fisher, Ozella Ballard, Aniyah Keith, and Lakayah Harris earned a 6th place in the 4x200 and ending the meet with a 6th place finish in the 4x400 was Libby Smolinski, Ozella Ballard, Aniyah Keith and Morgan Kleiner.  Great job ladies and best of luck in States!
